		<description>Just 200 pools using covers can save 3.5 million gallons of water every year.  That&#039;s the size of an entire city water tank.  

So why aren&#039;t pool covers mandated when they only cost $100-200 dollars, last up to 3 years, and pay for their self in saving money on water bills?  

More public education needs to be provided to drive the point home.  It&#039;s not fair to non-pool owners having to ration when pool owners are wasting so much water.  It&#039;s time to get serious about pool water conservation...</description>
