From the California Water Plan E-News:

“The California Natural Resources Agency launched a new, easy-to-use website on the Bay Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) last week. It includes a new brochure, fact sheets, graphics and maps that help explain what the BDCP is and what it hopes to accomplish. The BDCP is aimed at restoring both the Delta ecosystem and ensuring a reliable water supply for the state.”

“Several water resource tools are available in the “Sierra to the Sea” project recently produced by the UC Davis Department of Land, Air and Water Resources. …. The presentation has short video monologue from academic leaders covering many state water resource issues. There is a water map that is a useful visualization for California water infrastructure.”
