		<description>Let me make it perfectly clear, the City of Long Beach Water Department did not seek or advocate for the changes which were made to AB49 this week by the Conference Committee.  We have strongly adovcated for the 20% by 2020 per capita water reduction that has been in this bill all along, nothing less, and we will comply with that regardless of what the final bill says.
