Some say it is the only hope for restoring damaged ecosystems, habitats and "flow regimes." You and your ilk have no reasonable, comprehensive and balanced plans at all and only cater to yourself. Get real!!! Any legitimate solution should include: Water conservation and recycling facilities Above and below ground storage (dams and lakes) San Joaquin-Sacramento Delta restoration A conveyance system (peripheral canal) Desalinization plants Water banks Dan “Grandstand” Baucher,
