Dan "Grandstand" Baucher,
"corporate" environmental groups including Bay Institute, Environmental Defense Fund, Defenders of Wildlife, and Nature Conservancy, Natural Resource Defense Counsil are all in support of the Bay Area Delta Conservation Plan. Some say it is the only hope for restoring damaged ecosystems, habitats and "flow regimes."

You and your ilk have no reasonable, comprehensive and balanced plans at all and only cater to yourself. Get real!!!

Any legitimate solution should include:
Water conservation and recycling facilities
Above and below ground storage (dams and lakes)
San Joaquin-Sacramento Delta restoration
A conveyance system (peripheral canal)
Desalinization plants
Water banks
