This man is not a drip

“Blake Musielak is a man on a mission.
He patrols the streets of Brea preaching the doctrine of water conservation, hoping to convert the wasteful. He walks softly and carries a big pile of information.
In his brown-on-brown uniform, sporting a Brea city patch, Blake appropriately resembles an overgrown Boy Scout.
Drought is upon us – and Blake’s mission is to help residents get through it. He patrols city streets looking for wastrels. He’s the guy who knocks and wants to talk about why your sprinklers are watering the street.
Many of us cannot even locate our umbrellas; that’s a clue it hasn’t rained much. This is good for picnics; bad for just about everything else. … “
