Scott Maloni the former campaign manager of the Mayor of San Diego is now claiming to be a cost accountant along with being VP of Poseidon Resources. One question: how does he determine the true Costs of water per cre feet. Is it Net Costs after all of the taxpayers subsidies are taken into consideration or is claiming that $1,100 an acre foot is the actual cost to manufacture water at a Poseidon Resources Desalination plant. Remember, this is from a company that has yet to build a successful operating water desalination plant.
He is a political figure and not a hydrologist. Now who do you believe? Vote YES on the politician.
