I live at the end of the pipelines (San Diego) and have been thinking about DESAL since I retired as a physicist.
Hey, desal is cost-competitive and getting more efficient wth new technology. Where is Poseidon/Carlsbad on financing (BBB-)?  Why not more sooner like other countries? Pipelines will break in the next big earthquake!
