Army Corps on YouTube: Central Valley flood risk

    So if the Corps of Engineers has been doing their job for the last 50 or 100 years why do we still have a flood risk?

    If you wern’t out squandering taxpayer money creating youtube videos how much more flood protection could the Corps of Engineers provide?
