		<description>who gets the money from the water sold to the south from us in the north and how much do they sell the water for verses how much do they pay if they pay. No not Friant watre authority who is behind it how did they get the feds to build the dam but they get to sell the water what a deal. How did they get to divert 98% of the San Jouquin river the delta is a mess.IT reminds me of Love canal are we going to wait till there&#039;s no saving it, all for greed.</description>
