		<description>Perhaps his suggestions were unreasonable. All through this current water crisis, Mr. Nunes has provided very little leadership. There is a good reason why there are low groundwater supplies and bad water quality plaguing the area. Mr. Nunes has done very little, visibly at least, with regard to those issues or drainage issues within his district and instead focused almost completely on continuing or increasing water imports. I sympathize with the people of the San Joaquin Valley but not for the man they elected to represent them.</description>
